REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY  

All guests must have travel Insurance as per the requirement to enter Indonesia.   If for some reason you cannot attend the Retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, there will be a 20% non refundable cancellation fee.   Payment Terms are 50% upon booking your Retreat and the balance will be due 4 weeks prior to your Retreat date unless you pay in full at the time.   If at any time you are having issues with payment, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can discuss your options.  

 

PAYMENT  All payments are made using STRIPE  PLEASE NOTE  – It is your responsibility to read and understand our Terms & Conditions including our Cancellation Policy.  – No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur. Please purchase Travel Insurnace with a cancellation policy.. Insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident or medical emergency while on the Retreat.  – If for some reason you need to change the date, you can do this 4 weeks before your Retreat. We will look to see if your desired date is available.  

 

VILLA TERMS & CONDITIONS  BOOKING: The guest who makes the booking is deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions.  

 

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: The Villa is available for occupation from 14:00 hrs on the first day of the Retreat and checkout will be 12 Noon on the last day. If your flight is later int he day please contact us to make arrangements to leave your bags at the villa.   MINDFULNESS: Guests should be mindful of the Balinese community surrounding the Villa. If any person is not suitable to continue their occupation of the Villa because of unreasonable behavour, damage or nuisance to other guests, the guest will be removed from the Villa immediately. The guest will remain liable for any damages and no refund will be given.  

 

SMOKING: We have a NO SMOKING policy inside the Villa. Smoking is outside only.
